[Dune] Debian packages for dune 2.2.0

Hi,

Debian packages for dune 2.2.0 are now available in unstable and
hopefully in about 10 days in wheezy/testing.  You can install them with

  apt-get install libdune-{common,geometry,grid,istl,localfunctions}-dev

There are also packages for the doxygen documentation (-doc) and debug
symbols.

Please report any issues you find with these packages.

Many thanks also to the dune developers that helped me preparing the
packages by fixing problems with newer gcc versions, gathering
information about copyright holders and more.
