sorry for dune-grid-howto, I missed to patch the module.

Judging from the removed code, the VTKOptions::* were only synonyms for 
the current VTK::*. Because the VTKOptions::* do not manifest as 
deprecation warnings, we don't need to backport Martin's patch.
