[Dune] --with-duneweb is inconsistent

Hi Christoph,
I do neither care about consistency here (duneweb is not a DUNE
module) nor about the actual name. Anyway, your request seems to me
like splitting hair (is there such a saying in english?).
If we change it, the build skripts for the website need to be
changed. Therefore I would suppose to leave the decision to whoever is
responsible for these skripts.
