[Dune] Network maintenance concerning servers and conan

Dear Group,

at wednesday, 28th of november approx. 11 am - 12 am, network 
maintenance will take place (switch upgrade, rack moving and so on).

During this period our servers - including "conan" - are not available.

We plan to bypass network connection of host "conan" to increase its 
availability.
