[Dune] Dune packages for openSuse

Hi Dune folks,
for the most recent openSuse 12.2 are packages (RPMs) of the Dune 2.2.0 
core modules available from the science repository [1]. There are 
packages for ALUGrid and Alberta, too.

I have not tried any of these myself. Maybe it is handy for you or your 
students.
