To be honest, I am not sure that handling support requests on FlySpray is such
a good idea. To me, bug reports and support requests are two different things,
even though you could argue that they are both 'issues', and that FlySpray is an
'issue tracker'. However, they target different audiences: while a bug report
concerns mostly developers of Dune itself (and of course the people who reported
them), a support request could be answer by many more, e.g. on the dune user list.
Therefore I'd rather not have them clutter the FlySpray database.
Opinions?
