[Dune] restarting parallel code

Hi Andreas, thank you for your quick reply. I'm using dune 2.1.1 and I 
cannot find that file.
I found this:
dune/grid/geometrygrid/backuprestore.hh
Is it the same?
I had a look to it. But what about user data?
