[Dune] has the grid been adapted??

Hi Martin,
I'm trying to get grid convergence, then I have to know if the grid
doesn't change any more in order to stop the computation.
Then, if I ask for the results of preAdapt and adapt and they're both
false, this means that the grid didn't change. Right?
What do you mean with:

However, it is perfectly ok for the grid to always return true on
preAdapt and adapt, as this will not have an impact on the correctness
of the solution. This would, of course, degrade performance.

Does, for example, ALU always return true on preAdapt and adapt??
Thanks again.

Marco
