[Dune] has the grid been adapted??

Thank you Andreas and Martin,
That's what I decided to do, Andreas. I compute the number elements 
marked for coarsening and for refinement, then I sum them up.
If this is zero I stop the run. By this way, I'm sure that the grid has 
not been changed. I can't say the opposite, i.e. some of the elements 
have been marked for coarsening but the grid doesn't change because of 
grid internal rules.
It doesn't matter, it's good enough for me.
