[Dune] alberta insertionIdex with dgfparser

Hi everybody,
I'm using alberta for some test.
I would like to ask alberta for the insertion numbers of the elements on 
the macrogrid, but I don't explicitly declare a grid factory.
I'm using the dgfparser.
How can I access the insertion number of an element?
