[Dune] Dune on OS X 10.9 Mavericks?

Hi Dune,
does anyone use Dune master on OS X 10.9 Mavericks? For me the check for
shared_ptr succeeds but in dune-typetryee and the sharepd_ptrtest the
compilation fails because shared_ptr is not found in the namespace std.

Besides that ar emmits an error when building libalugrid.la in
dune-grid/alugrid/2d without ALUGrid. Can someone confirm this? All I
know as far is, that it works with dune-2.2.1 tarball and there were not
that many commits in this directory. Getting rid of all libalugrid
references in the different Makefile.ams helped.
