[Dune] Problem with GmshReader

Hi Oliver,

I have patched UG with patch10, recompiled the Dune, and the problem was 
solved.
But then the code crashed in VTKWritter<>::write(). Then I recompiled the
sequential version of UG  which finally works fine. For some reason I 
can't get
parallel UG working with Dune.
