[Dune] Proceedings of the 2nd DUNE User Meeting

Dear DUNE,

thanks to all that considered to submit a contribution to proceedings of 
the last user meeting. However, since we had only six in total and all 
were co-authored by either core developers or meeting organizers, we 
decided to cancel the plan.

We strongly encourage submitting the planned articles to ANS individually.
