[Dune] boundaryId

Hi duners,
I need your help.
I usually used the boundaryId() intersection method with success, 
inserting boundaries in the grid factory flagging them with an integer.
With the dune trunk version, I can't, but, most of all, I can't figure 
out how to manage my boundary conditions without.
Could anyone explain me which are the alternatives in order to identify 
the boundaries, please?
