[Dune] new alugrid release

Hi everyone.
As you might or might not have seen on the news, a new version of 
ALUGrid has
been release. More to the point ALUGrid is now DUNE-ALUGrid, e.g. a dune 
module and
not a separate library any more. Switching to the new version should be 
quite straightforward.
There is a new paper on Arxiv detailing the new features and also 
possible configuration options.
So test the new module as soon as possible and give us feedback on how 
the new module is
interacting with the other components you are using -
especially since we will be deprecating the old binding in dune-grid 
very soon and will be maintaining
ALUGrid 1.51 any longer.
