[Dune] readGrid / writeGrid in Dune-ALUGrid

Good morning,
recently I tried to include in DuMuX support for
Dune-ALUGrid. In general it looks good, especially
the reduction of magic needed: No more ALU flags,
enable trickery, and configuration hassle.

One question remains. What happened to the methods
readGrid and writeGrid? The compiler complains that
he cannot find them and grepping through
dune-alugrid's sources supported his thinking.
