[Dune] readGrid / writeGrid in Dune-ALUGrid

Hi Christoph,

a few years ago (don't ask me for the exact one), we decided upon an interface 
for backing up and restoring grids (called BackupRestoreFacility). This 
superseded the old writeGrid / readGrid methods in ALUGrid, which are no longer 
present in dune-alugrid. There is also a capability (hasBackupRestoreFacilities) 
to detect whether a grid implements the BackupRestoreFacility.
