[Dune] how to make a new dune-module

Dear Dune,

I am now mostly done with the curvilinear part of dune-geometry, and
ready to start implementing curvilinear dune-grid.

After discussion with Peter Bastian it was decided that we should create
a new Dune module dune-curvilineargrid, which would contain the
curvilinear metagrid.

Can someone please instruct me on how to create a new dune module and/or
where to read about it.
