[Dune] reading element parameters is buggy with ALUGrid

You are right. One cannot compile the program in dune-grid itself. I just
copied to my local module
which depends on dune-grid and dune-alugrid, and compiled it. Sorry for not
precise.

I just visualized the element data using paraview and the output looks
