[Dune] Problems with server in Heidelberg

But that still wouldn’t solve the problem of only having a single communication channel, would
it? If the network here in Heidelberg falls over for a day, the mailing lists are gone. Having some
other means to at least tell people what’s wrong and how long it will take to fix it might be
useful.
