[Dune] Problems with server in Heidelberg

Hi Steffen, alternatively, we could move the mailing lists to the new
server already, they are all standard mailman stuff, so there
shouldn't be a big problem.
- git is more work, as we should discuss a switch to gitlab
- website is more work, due to a lot of reasons
