[Dune] Surface grid manager?

Hi Aleksejs,

the 2d version of ALUGrid can handle hypersurfaces (i.e., dimworld=3) and 
AlbertaGrid can handle dimgrid=1,2,3 and dimgrid <= dimworld <= 9. For 
AlbertaGrid, you have to configure Alberta to generate a library for the 
corresponding dimworld.
