[Dune] [CMake] Set external ALUGrid

Great Robert,
if you advise everybody to not use CMake, it will never improve. We
decided to make the switch to get more feedback. As I wrote, it worked
for me and I was more then willing to investigate the issue.

Maybe one should formulate the advise the other way round: Don't use
ALUGrid when you want using CMake.
But this would be rubbish, too, as either way does not help our users. I
try to support every user as good as possible and welcome bug reports,
improvement wishes, and success stories.
