[Dune] CMake define ALBERTA_DIM [FIXED]

Thank you very much for all the answers.

For what concern ALBERTA I fixed the problem adding 

add_dune_alberta_flags(WORLDDIM 2 ${PROJECT_NAME})

to my CMakeList.txt while for Zoltan I simply report the issue in the dune-alugrid bug tracker

http://users.dune-project.org/issues/314

since it is a bug of dune-alugrid.
