Dear DUNE,

since I know that some of you are working on biomechanical
applications I hope that there is some interest in a small open-source
library I wrote in the last months (http://lubkoll.github.io/RFFGen/).
It allows to generate and use complex functions and their first three
derivatives. It is highly optimized and evaluation of function values
and derivatives is faster than in any AD-library I found up to now,
but significantly simpler to use. Moreover, it is extensively tested,
to large parts with unit and integration tests, and checks input type
requirements at compile time.

It served me well for generating anisotropic and compressible
biomechanical models for muscle, adipose and skin tissue. To easily
generate such models RFFGen provides sets of (modified) principal and
mixed invariants.
I hope that some of you will find it helpful. Any feedback is highly
appreciated.

Best Regards
