Dear Marco,

I had a look at my setup. In CMakeLists.txt I have

add_dune_zoltan_flags(dune_elasticity)
add_definitions(-DUSE_ZOLTANLB=1)

and also

set(ZOLTAN_ROOT "/path/to/folder/containing/include/and/lib/dirs")

Some of these things may or may not be necessary depending on whether
the AddZOLTANFlags.cmake macros (in dune-alugrid/cmake/modules) have
changed since I set things up though...
