[Dune] CMake define ALBERTA_DIM

Hi Marco,
your issue with CMake not detecting Zoltan originates from
dune-alugrid.
I have never managed to install Zoltan on my systems, so I
was not able to run the test myself.

Maybe you can use METIS instead of Zoltan? This is at least
was my colleague Alexander Kissing did, cf. his last email
on this list.
