[Dune] Windows build successful; install unsuccessful

Hi Ofosu Joseph,
great news! Have you built all modules you want or just dune-common?

You don't need to install the dune modules. Just create another module
using duneproject next to your modules.
If you insist on installing it, you can either disable the documentation
by adding --disable-documentation to the configure call. Or you can
specify an install directory where you have write permission by adding
--prefix=[install path] to the configure call.

Would you mind to tell us what steps you did to get it compiling? This
might be helpful for future users of DUNE with Cygwin.
