[Dune] Dune Digest, Vol 125, Issue 11

Hi all,

I've managed to solve the problem, the mesh contained quadrilaterals that
weren't convex and that caused degenerated hexagonal elements.

Thanks to Andreas who helped with detecting the source of the problem.
