[Dune] Removal of Geometry::dimension and Geometry::dimensionworld

It was always possible to mark enum values as deprecated. The compiler
did not warn when the deprecated enum value was used. Still, we should
start deprecating enums, as GCC 6.0 (will be released somewhere next
year) implements this feature.
