[Dune] CMake: compile dune-common now fails

Hey Marco,

in source builds have always been strongly discouraged with the cmake build
system.
That being said, there is no guarantee that changes to the buildsystem on
master
do not break insource builds. Therefore, you will have a hard time getting
support for insource build problems.
You might be better off switching to out of source builds. Most people
started to like them,
once they gave it a shot!
