[Dune] Boost

Hello everybody!

Up to now, I’ve been setting up the “DBoost_NO_BOOST_CMAKE=ON” cmake 
flag when executing dunecontrol. Could somebody write a little bit about 
the motivation behind using boost and how the path to the boost 
libraries can be passed as a cmake flag (or inside CMakeLists)?
