[Dune] problems with dune-functions building

thanks for your comments.
I further investigated the issue and it seems to be a Clang bug [0],
triggered by a change in libstdc++. The change comes with GCC 6 [1]. The
Clang bug was fixed in September 2015. I tested Clang 3.8.0 and it does
not contain the bug. Judging by the release date, Clang 3.7.1 might
contain the fix, but the release notes are worthless.
The sad part it, that [0] was reported in January 2013 but it took them
so long to fix it.
