[Dune] Intersection area and corners

Hi Marco,
r424 of dune-subgrid does not contain CMake files. With the 
current
HEAD of some Berlin GitLab it works for me.
Not sure why Carsten suggested r424, but I cannot help 
further, sorry.

Can you reproduce your problem with Dune 2.4 but without 
dune-subgrid?
