[Dune] CMake - GMP

Hi Christian,
it does first evaluate GMP_ROOT and if it does not find it there, it
tries the default locations.

Actually it does not only look for GMP, but for GMPXX, the C++ warppter,
too. Do you have gmpxx.h in GMP_ROOT/include?
