[Dune] FINAL Reminder: Dune Userwiki end of life: 04.10.16

Dear all,

as previously discussed the Userwiki has become obsolete and will
therefore be shut down on October 4th, 2016.
Users wanting to continue projects on the Gitlab server will have to
transfer those manually.
