[Dune] Gitlab down?

Hi,

FYI
I just got errors when fetching dune-istl twice:
$ git pull
X11 forwarding request failed on channel 0
GitLab: API is not accessible
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

When I wanted to report this in gitlab I got HTTP 500 Error when
sending.
