[Dune] Error in building dune project

Hi Paras,

you did nothing wrong. Recent upstream changes in dune-localfunctions
haven't been included in dune-fufem up to now. In fact, I didn't even
notice this problem before, so thanks for bringing this up. I just fixed
the corresponding part in dune-fufem, so after updating dune-fufem your
code should hopefully work as expected.
