[Dune] Compatibily problems when downloading pdelab version 2.4 with the installer script

To Whom it may concern,

I downloaded today the version 2.4.1 of Dune/PDELab using the beginners'
tutorial, "https://www.dune-project.org/doc/beginners-resources-pdelab/",
and I spotted 2 things that may be useful.

First, in the installer.sh, there is a command that orders to dowload the
latest version of alugrid (instead of the 2.4 one) and causes errors, and
also, the git for downloading typetree is wrong: there is "extensions"
instead of "staging" in it.

Also, it seems that pdelab-tutorials 2.4 is not available anymore, but
having pdelab-tutorials 2.5 generates compatibility errors when building
the modules.
