[Dune] Using GDB with DUNE?

Hi Bryan!

1) If you got if from Jizhou, you got if from DuMuX because he visited
us in 2013.
2) Please delete the whole build-cmake directory and re-run dunecontrol.
Then the makefiles are re-generated.
3) Dunecontrol echos the cmake command with all its flags. Right after
"--calling configure for dune-xxx--" and before identifying the C
compiler. The line starts with "cmake"
4) Run the makefile for the target you want to build like
   make <target> VERBOSE=ON
