[Dune] DataHandleIF, DynamicVector safe to be used as one single object in communication ?

Dear Dune,

w.r.t the use of the DataHandleIF class:

is it safe to use a DynamicVector class instance as the

data type to be communicated or do I need to convert

the DynamicVector into individual double numbers ?
