[Dune] Mailing lists outage this afternoon

Hi!

The mailing list server will be offline this afternoon, as I intent to update
it to Debian stretch.  This means mail sent to the mailing lists will be
delayed, and you won't be able to access the web interface (this includes the
administrative interfaces and the archive).

The outage will start arount 14:00 CEST and will probably last until 17:00
CEST.  I'll send another mail when the lists are back.
