[Dune] GitLab downtime

Dear Dune community,

we are currently experiencing problems with our webserver, which results in
GitLab being down and other services being exceptionally slow. We know the
issue and are working on it, but the fact Steffen is on offline holiday
makes things a bit more complicated. We will write you again once we have
solved the issue.
