[Dune] Reminder: Mailinglists (+ Münster CI-Runners) unavailable 19th/20th September

Just a reminder and an addition: The mailing lists will be down this
afternoon.  In addition, the Münster CI-Runners (epic and sky) will be down
starting around 12:00.
