[Dune] Dune Functions or Local Functions '

Dear Dune, I need Lagrange basis functions on a simplex (tetrahedra) grid.

I understand that there are 2 dune modules for basis functions:

1. Dune Functions

2. Dune Local Functions

What module should I use ? What is the rationale of the two modules ?
