[Dune] Any suggestions for compiling the DUNE core modules by MINGW, please?

To Whom It May Concern:

I am trying to compile the DUNE core modules by MINGW-W64 under Ubuntu 16.04 (aka, cross compiling the DUNE core modules for Windows OS).

Is there any possibility of cross compiling DUNE modules?   Any suggestions or comments, please?
