[Dune] How do I configure DUNE core modules for cross-compilation from Linux to Windows?

Hi Richard,

great to hear you want to try Dune.  I have no Windows experience myself,
but as far as I know, newer versions of Windows have WSL

  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/about

and that should be quite convenient.

Maybe someone else on this list can give a more detailed answer?
