[Dune-devel] Re-introducing backward compatible testing macros

Hi there,
Steffen just convinced me, that pack-porting the build-system
improvements to 2.4 is a big deal, especially to keep it compatible to
the 2.4 behavior and the old supported CMake versions.
Similar it will be difficult to stay more backward compatible as the
current solution.
So I revoke any wish to port this part of the code in any direction.

Sorry for the noise and thanks for the patience of Dominic and Steffen.
