[Dune-devel] Raviart-Thomas elements

Hi.
The construction principle implemented in dune-localfunctions is
described in Martin and my contribution to the first user meeting.
I briefly had a look an there we only reference a paper on RT
construction for cube elements. I'll have to do a bit of digging to
figure out where the construction for the simplex came from.
