In this case we will need to have some support for "registration". Up
to now this was done by editing the wiki page. As we will need some
kind of new polling system anyway, we might decide that this should
also include the possibility to collect input like the lists in
google-docs?!

For these things we discussed already in Heidelberg and we agreed that
it fits perfectly the new work-flow. Users can just edit the markdown
and push a merge-request.
